Embracing Leo Energy: Style, Astrology, and Self-Assured Expression
Scorpio Zodiac Oversized Medallion Charm

There is a particular kind of woman who does not need to announce her arrival; the room simply recalibrates around her. Alex Consani, with her unapologetic declaration of being a "big motherfucker Leo," embodies this energy with a wink rather than a roar. She understands that true self-assurance is not about volume but about presence. When we read that Pandora tapped her for its zodiac-inspired Talisman collection, we were reminded that astrology, at its best, is not about prediction but permission: permission to own the parts of ourselves that are bold, radiant, and unashamedly central to our own narrative. This is the same quiet confidence we admire in a well-cut silhouette or the deliberate restraint of a short, elegant manicure, where the statement is made in the details, not the noise.

We have long championed the idea that style is an inside-out practice. The current fascination with celestial motifs and personal talismans is less about the trend cycle and more about a return to intention. In a world that demands constant performance, wearing a symbol of your own inner fire is a grounding act. This is why we find the connection between Consani and this collection so compelling; she is not a mannequin for a campaign but a muse who projects a specific kind of emotional literacy. She embodies the very essence of elevated footwear: quietly stylish, purposeful, and never trying too hard. It is a reminder that our accessories, much like our astrological charts, are simply tools for self-understanding, not definitions. They are there to serve the wearer, not to complete her.

Our take for you, the woman who reads us for more than just shopping, is this: the most powerful accessory you can adopt is a deliberate sense of self. Consani's Leo energy is not about being the loudest in the room; it is about being the most present. It is the same energy we see in the confidence of a celebrity pixie cut, a style that requires a certain fearlessness precisely because it leaves nothing to hide behind. When you choose a piece of jewelry, a haircut, or a pair of shoes, you are not just making a stylistic choice; you are casting a vote for the person you intend to be. The practical takeaway here is to ask yourself, "Does this feel like me, or does it feel like a performance?" The former is a talisman; the latter is just a prop.

What we would tell a reader who asks about this story is simple: do not wait for a zodiac season to grant you permission to be seen. The specific detail to watch is how the industry is slowly pivoting from aspirational marketing to identity-driven storytelling. It is no longer about selling a product; it is about reflecting a feeling. The question we are left with, and the one we invite you to hold, is not whether you are a "big Leo" in the traditional sense, but whether you are willing to claim the space your own light creates, without apology and without explanation. That is the only trend that matters.

Alex Consani is, in her own words, “a big motherfucker Leo.”

The model was born on July 23, the first day of Leo season, so Pandora couldn’t have found a more enthusiastic face for the new zodiac-inspired chapter of the jewelry brand's Talisman collection. Launched on August 26, the latest collection introduces more than 30 charms, rings, and chain necklaces inspired by the zodiac and four elements, with medallions, cameos, Latin inscriptions, and celestial motifs designed to evoke the qualities associated with each sign. Photographed by Cass Bird, the campaign featured Consani alongside Mahi Kabra and Jill Kortleve.
