Looking for summer dresses that actually feel good(Requesting Tips)

Our take

As summer approaches, the quest for the perfect dress takes on new meaning—especially when prioritizing comfort and sustainability. I'm on a journey to build a wardrobe that feels as good as it looks, focusing on natural fibers like cotton, linen, and bamboo while avoiding synthetic blends. Thrifting has been a valuable resource, but I’m also exploring small online boutiques and platforms like Etsy and Depop. I’d love to hear your recommendations for brands or stores that offer beautiful, high-quality dresses that ship to the US.

Hi everyone, I’m trying to build a more sustainable wardrobe and have been hunting for Bankok dresses that aren’t just cute in photos but actually feel good on the skin. I’m super picky about fabrics. I want natural fibers like cotton, linen, or bamboo, and I really try to avoid hidden polyester blends that make a dress clingy or scratchy. Thrifting has been a lifesaver for me, but it’s not always easy to find exactly what I need. I’ve also been checking small online boutiques and marketplaces like Etsy, Depop. And even some Alibaba suppliers who specialize in custom cotton and linen pieces. One thing I’ve learned is to always double-check the fabric composition and, if possible, ask for extra photos or fabric close-ups before buying. I also keep a “wish folder” on my phone: any dress I like goes in there, then I wait a week before buying new. Usually I can find something secondhand or from a small ethical brand. It’s made me much more intentional about what I add to my wardrobe. So I’m curious, what are your favorite sources for natural-fiber dresses that actually feel good in real life? Any brands, stores, or marketplaces you swear by? Bonus if they ship to the US or have options to check the fabric quality first!
