Should I upcycle this gorgeous duvet cover?

Our take

Discovering a vibrant duvet cover at a thrift shop for just $7 raises an intriguing question: should you upcycle this beautiful find into clothing or preserve its original charm? With dimensions of 90”x102”, the potential for creating multiple stunning pieces is enticing. However, the dilemma lies in whether to maintain its integrity as a duvet cover or transform it into something new and wearable.

I found this wonderfully colorful duvet cover at a thrift shop for $7! I’m wanting to start up cycling thrift finds like this into clothing. My problem is I don’t know if I should keep it as a duvet cover or make several pieces out of it. I guess any input on clothing ideas or a plea to keep it intact is welcome haha! I’m all ears 😍
Side note: it’s 90”x102” (aka huge if the picture couldn’t properly show lol) and it’s the same on both sides, so I have to potential for A LOT of clothing fabric. Another reason why I’m torn on preserving it as opposed to chopping it…I could easily make several large pieces from it.
