The Best Product Feedback We've Ever Received Was: "It Feels Softer Now."

A customer recently stopped by our pop up stall and told us something that stuck with me. He had bought a bamboo shirt from MaLeeMa almost a year ago and still wears it regularly for travel, work, and everyday life. Then he said: "It actually feels softer now." As a founder, those are the conversations I remember most. When people first discover sustainable products, the conversation often starts with price. But over time, I've noticed that people evaluate products differently when they're still using them a year later instead of replacing them every few months. The goal was never to create products people buy and forget. It was to create products that quietly become part of someone's routine. I think that's a better measure of value than almost any marketing metric.
