This is the change I personally lived through and now teach in the Higher Self Embodiment Method. Consciousness doesn't expand through more information, experience or accumalation. It expands through contact, through the direct, unmediated meeting between awareness and what is actually present within you. The instrument is your body, your nervous system, your energy field, the vessel through which consciousness moves. Embodiment is the process of changing it at the exact level where real change actually occurs, in the structure of it.
