Thinning hair after menopause

I always had think hair when I was younger and didnt appreciate it enough. Now, I seem to lose hair daily and it feels so much thinner. part of the reason might be that I stopped dying my hair during Covid and now that dye has completely grown out, my hair is not as dry? so feels much finer to the touch? Anyway, has anybody had any luck with hair thickening products? Does anything really work? I only shampoo 2-3 times a week and don't usually blow dry (thinking by following this routine, my hair would be healthier!) Any suggestions?
