Korean Lash lift damage

I have naturally long, thick and healthy lashes. I went to a professional salon and did my research before deciding to get a Korean lash lift. I was extremely pleased with the results at first and planned to go back. I purchased the lash serum they recommended for after care. After about a month and a half, my lashes started to itch randomly. Now after about 2 months, my lashes are extremely weak. They keep going in different directions, are a lot thinner and shorter than they used go be. Is this going to be permanent? Any recommendations?
