bleached hair & the beach

i recently have been getting my hair bleached to be blonde. this next session i will most likely be nearing a platinum color. i DO live in florida however and love the beach since its finally starting to be beautiful outside. i am already aware that sunscreen can make blonde hair brassy, so i bought one without avobenzone. can i have more recommendations on what to do to make my hair not turn brassy/damaged from the sun? and how long should i wait after a bleach to lay in the sun? i am not planning on going into the water. thanks!
