60D or 7D?

I currently have a 60D and an 85 mm 1.8, but when I try to record video or use the screen instead of the viewfinder, the battery just colapses and discharges in 1-2 minutes, the battery is not original but it has 100% life it was new.

I just found a 7D on the marketplace with 50 mm and a 70-300 with a battery grip, I do not have any of those lenses or the attachment, and it costs 250$

So it will be worth getting the 7D or just getting new gear alone? I have to make a decision quickly because I live in a 3rd world country, but my mom will travel to the us for a week so I have to make a decision quick😭
