Passing through Indonesian immigration and catching a domestic connecting flight, how much is enough time?

After seeing a few posts complaining about immigration scams and wait time in Indonesia (specifically Bali) I have a few questions for those that might have experience on the matter and hopefully saving myself a missed flight.

I will be flying into Surabaya from Singapore later this year in order to catch a connecting flight to Borneo (Pangkalan Bun specifically). Intended flight lands at about 10AM and the flight departing to Borneo departs at 12:30PM. My question is if that is enough time to pass through immigration as an international arrival and catch a domestic flight. Pretty much all information I've found refers to entering the country via Bali, so I'm not sure what to expect in Surabaya. My passport is American if it makes any difference.
