Switched To La Roche Possay

So I used to use Cera Ve Benzoyl peroxide 4% cleanser for a few years and it cleared up my skin a lot but it recently doing the trick for me. I switched to La Roche Possay because I’ve heard good things and I feel like sticking to the same routine wasn’t cutting it. I’m starting to get more pimples on my cheeks but the cleanser doesn’t really seem to be irritating my skin that much. Do you think my skin is adjusting to the product or is it just not working well for me? Should I keep using it? I get really nervous when switching skincare products, I usually like to stick to one routine that works for me.
