Anniversary getaways in Lake Geneva?

Hi! I’m trying to figure out an awesome anniversary stay for my aunt and uncle to celebrate their wedding anniversary. I’m looking into the Lake Geneva area since they’re interested in visiting an Italian restaurant called Paisano in Richmond IL which would be easily a 15-25 min drive. So far, I was very impressed with The Abbey Resort & Avani Spa but the online reviews are horrible and I see a lot of negative remarks with booking on 3rd party websites. Any recommendations for this area? Looking for a relax and romantic vibe for them to celebrate.
