is LRP Effaclar Duo +m wudhu friendly

To the muslim sisters out there that uses Effaclar as moisturiser on the whole face, do I have to precleanse using micellar water before ablution/ wudhu or can I just use only the water?

Sometimes I felt like my skin absorb some of the water but some looks like it just stays on the skin. I’m not sure if that means the product actually repelled the water or not.

Or can anyone explain it scientifically if the formulation of effaclar is water resistant or not.
