Can’t find the e-ticket on MyTrip

Hey guys. So i just recently booked a flight through MyTrip, and it took 2 days for my e-ticket number to process. My airline is China Eastern airlines, and the tickets are apparently legit as I properly checked through the airlines website. But I am worried now about how to retrieve the actual e-ticket.

When I try to find the ticket through the airlines website they ask me to login, just when I try to login they can’t verify me through sms or a code because of a problem in their system. So I really don’t know how to get the ticket.

Can any kind soul please help me in this? Thank you so much.
