How can I cover these dark circles better?

Im at a complete loss. I cant not covering these bad boys at all. I use huda corrector in peach or Nyx deep peach stick corrector and a variation of concelears from estee lauder, kosas, hourglass etc. And even kryolan which is a professional makeup brand. With NO effect. P.s I also have dry under eyes. Please help.
