Questions about introducing bullets to an established mini flock

I recently got two new pullets ( a wynette and a Plymouth Rock) to replace the dominant hen that passed away. The flock consists of two mature hens (Easter egger & a brahma) , and a wild guinea (male?).

I originally got the two pullets to prevent one of the hens being bullied and or lonely.

Currently keeping the two pullets separated in the run and also when the chickens go out to room, I put the bullets in a chicken Tractor. Both hands rancorous and lunch at the pullets when I’ve let them out on supervised introductions. Are there any tips on Easy, the two members into the flock? Also, how do I comfort my older hens who I assume are distressed? I’d also like to prevent bullying any advice? Thank you.
