Rate my coop?

Currently building on my coop and run and I’m looking for hopefully compliments or critiques to help my future hens.

I’m picking up eight hens in a few weeks and want to make sure they have everything they need. I will be putting the door underneath the taller roost. I live in southeast Michigan, will be adding more vents to the top, not done predatory proofing on the outside yet.
